JMC Services, Inc. welcomes the opportunity to prepare a janitorial service proposal.
JMC Services, Inc. is a family owned and operated corporation providing janitorial services for Central Florida, since 1979. The company was founded by Debbie and Joe Cito. Both hold undergraduate Marketing degrees, have teaching and customer service experience, and Debbie has an MBA, Joe a Masters in Administration. We believe their educational backgrounds, combined with 28 years of hands on industry experience, provide them with a solid foundation to know what it takes to establish a customized service plan. In 1998 the Haag Family joined the Cito Family, and a partnership was formed. Cree and Ron furthered the entrepreneurial spirit by coming out of an early retirement to bring their wealth of business acumen, and years of experience to JMC. They are all proponents of continuing education, and pursue seminars, workshops, specialized schools, etc. for themselves and their employees, to maintain a state of the art edge in the industry. JMC Services, Inc. has become one of Florida’s largest independently owned building services contractors.
Since basically all janitorial companies staff from the same labor force, we know that it is our management, supervision, and training that distinguishes us. Our managers boast a combined educational and industry experience, that truly sets them apart. Their dedication to our customer group, and follow up to requests and or problems, is second to none.
JMC Services, Inc. is also somewhat unique in the industry in that we are not a franchise, we are not an impersonal branch of a large national company, however we are strong enough to handle large multi-faceted jobs, and small enough to maintain active owner participation in your business. Basically we are large enough to service all of your needs, and small enough to truly care.
